What we aim for We are a group of comedians, aiming to bring a whole new dimension to the Scottish theatre scene. Utilising the best elements of stand-ups with some of the most innovative writing and acting talents to have emerged in recent years, our productions are fresh, original and, of course, very funny. We truly believe that comedy theatre can still have a message and can still be a professional, exciting production. We’ll be taking new plays and older classics in a bid to nourish new talent and make sure they are granted the attention they deserve. As a fledgling company, we’re launching ourselves at the Glasgow Comedy Festival with the production Death of a Critic, a darkly funny play written by Keir McAllister. We promise to make you laugh. We hope to make you think. Who we are DumDumDum was established in 2008 by comedians Keir McAllister, Niall Browne and Siân Bevan.
